Swar Mantra Jewellery offers imitation / fashion jewellery and related products. Each piece is carefully crafted, and many designs involve handwork, stones, and finishes that may vary slightly from piece to piece.

• Product images are for representation. Colours, textures, stone placement, and finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the product.
• Product weights, dimensions, and details listed on the product page are approximate unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
• Minor variations in colour, design, or natural/imitation stones due to craftsmanship are not considered defects.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned separately at checkout.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.
• Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on our website at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or successful order placement as applicable.
• In case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or credit note for any amount already paid.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
• Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹200 applies to orders below ₹2,000.

Delivery

Orders shipped through our Standard Shipping service are typically delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Kindly Note

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your package.
• While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including regional courier restrictions, adverse weather conditions, or peak festive and sale periods.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and made-to-order terms are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy. Key points include:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for incorrect products or damage during transit, subject to quality check approval.
• Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp/Call: +91 9722680566.
• All return, exchange, courier, and shipping charges are borne by the customer unless we specifically state otherwise.
• Orders may be modified or cancelled within 3 days of placement and before dispatch, whichever comes first. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
• Products are not eligible for exchange or return after the order is picked/collected physically.

Made-to-order, customized, and consultation-based orders are subject to additional terms:

• Such orders can only be modified or cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.
• Cancellation after 3 days is generally not accepted. If approved in exceptional cases, a 30% cancellation fee may apply, with any remaining balance issued as a credit note.
• Hold requests before dispatch may be granted for a maximum of 30 days. If the order is not finalized within this period, the booking/advance may be non-refundable as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the website
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content, product images, or designs without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
